These providers include cloud hosting services (for secure storage), speech-to-text AI providers (to generate transcripts), and payment processors (Dodo Payments).

We retain your personal information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.

If you delete a transcript or your account, we will promptly remove your content from our active production servers. However, residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited time (up to 30 days) before being permanently destroyed, as part of our standard disaster recovery procedures.

Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information, as well as the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities.
